While every company and project is different, these are some common types of engagements.

  • You’re too small to need a full time Head of Quality, but the team could use someone proactively driving improvements. Someone with lots of practical experience and a real interest in software testing and quality.

  • Maybe your product is just getting to the stage where it’s critical to ensure customer confidence. Or you know you are missing bugs.

    I’ll propose and implement QA processes for things like bug reports, test cases and test plans. All in such a way that it’s easy for you to maintain - even if you don’t have a dedicated QA team.

  • You already outsource testing and aren’t seeing the results you hoped for. Or you’d like to outsource, but aren’t sure how to select a partner and onboard them.

    I’ve partnered with vendors in Eastern Europe, South America, Mexico, Asia and the US. I’ll find the right partner and manage them effectively.

  • You have people testing, but they are either junior or it’s not their primary job. I will provide guidance on what to do and how to do it.
